In addition, Dibazol for children is characterized as a moderately stimulating immune system, due to its ability to improve the synthesis of interferon.
If the drug is used orally, then its absorption occurs in the gastrointestinal tract. Its effect is achieved in half an hour and lasts several hours. The drug is excreted mainly by the kidneys, and only a small part goes through the intestines.
Solution for injection can be used both intravenously and intramuscularly. The dosage and duration of the course is determined by the attending physician. If the administration is done intramuscularly, the solution is diluted with water for injection. For administration through a vein for dilution, sodium chloride is needed .
