Pork and potatoes in the oven - the dish is very tasty, it can be prepared both every day and on the holiday table. Despite the outward simplicity of the dish, there are many recipes for its preparation. The simplest will not require anything other than potatoes and pork, but there are more complicated recipes for the preparation of which you will need vegetables and various seasonings. Here they are usually served at the festive table.
Pork with potatoes in the oven (recipe number 1)
To prepare this dish, you will need a kilogram of pork (tenderloin), the same amount of potatoes, and seasonings: mayonnaise, salt (2 tablespoons), garlic (3 cloves) and 2 tablespoons each. l red and black ground pepper.
Such pork and potatoes in the oven will be liked by a spicy lover. mix black and red pepper with 1 table. a spoonful of salt. Squeeze the same garlic and mix well. Put the washed pork in this mixture for 30 minutes. in the meantime, peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. In raw form, anoint it with mayonnaise, sprinkle with salt and pepper and let it soak a little.
Put a piece of pork (it can be cut into 3-4 parts to cook faster) in a baking sleeve, around - potatoes, tie a sleeve and bake until cooked.
Pork with potatoes in the oven (recipe number 2)
If you prefer a more tender meat, you will like this recipe more. For it you will need about 900 gr. pork, slightly less than potatoes, 2 eggs, 400 gr. fat milk, grams of 100 feta cheese, as well as 4 cloves of garlic, salt and pepper, 2 onions, a couple of tablespoons of oil and, if desired, any spices you like.
Divide the pork into 6 pieces and beat it. Sprinkle with pepper and salt to taste and lay on a baking dish with high sides. Beat eggs with milk, add spices and squeezed garlic. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices, pour a mixture of eggs, spices and milk. Place the onion and potato chopped in the rings on the pork. About 40 minutes, all this must be baked in a preheated oven, then put on top the feta cheese, cut into cubes and held for another 10 minutes in the oven.
Pork with potatoes in the oven (recipe number 3)
For this recipe, you will need 700 g of pork and potato tenderloin, 100 g. arugula, 1 tsp each pepper and salt, 2 table. l oil, 4 table. l thick sour cream, 4 cloves of garlic and about 100 gr. cheese.
Cut the pork into thin layers, pepper, salt and fry a little in a pan. Cut the potatoes into large pieces, together with the meat put on a baking dish, put on it arugula and pour the sauce. The sauce is prepared as follows: mix sour cream with 1 tsp pepper, chopped garlic and 1 tsp. salt. If it turns out too thick, you can dilute a little with water (only boiled). On top of the sauce you need to pour shabby cheese, cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. About 10 minutes before ready, the foil must be removed to get a golden crust.
Pork with eggplant in the oven
To prepare such pork, you will need a pound of pork, 4 potatoes, 2 large eggplants, 150 gr. hard cheese, 1 carrot, 2 onions and some butter and mayonnaise.
The meat should be cut into pieces (determine the size yourself, you can finely, you can 1 piece per 1 serving), cut the eggplant in circles and fry in oil. Grate the carrots coarsely, chop the onion and mix with pepper, mayonnaise and salt.
Put potatoes, sliced ββin circles, meat, eggplant, vegetables with spices on a high-sided dish, and pour a layer of shabby cheese on top. Bake for 40 minutes.
Oven pork with rice
To cook pork with rice, you will need a kilogram of pork, 2 onions, 1 stack. rice, half a glass of sour cream, 2 sweet peppers, things 4 tomatoes and fat for frying.

Sprinkle with pepper and salt, pour a little water and simmer until half cooked (until the pork is soft).
