- 200 grams of hard cheese;
- small onion;
- 20 grams of butter;
- salt and ground black pepper.
The calorie content of a chicken and cheese pie depends on meat, dough, whether the skin is put in the filling or not. In 100 grams of our pies there will be approximately 390 kcal.
Cooking
The first step is to put the dough, and while it rises, slowly tackle the filling:
- Milk should be heated to about 45-50 degrees. This is an optional procedure, but the yeast will begin to work faster and better.
- Dissolve salt and sugar in milk, pour in yeast and half a glass of flour. Mix well, break all the lumps. Cover the bowl with cellophane or a towel, clean for 15 minutes in a warm place.
- Next, add the egg, sunflower oil, the rest of the flour, knead the dough.
- Lubricate your hands with sunflower oil, wipe the lump of dough well on all sides - it will not dry out and will not crack until it rises.
- Cover the bowl with the dough, remove to rise in a warm place.
Do not start to cook from the test immediately, as soon as you notice that it has risen. The quality of baking depends on the test, it should rise at least three times. That is, after the first and second rise, you need to pat on the test so that it settles, and only from the third time you can start work.
Filling:
- Chop the onion finely. Melt the butter in a pan, fry chopped onion on it only slightly. Drain the excess oil, and put the onions in a bowl in which you will make the filling.
- Remove the skin from chicken breasts, cut out the bones, cut the meat into small cubes.
- In a frying pan, heat a little sunflower oil and fry the meat over high heat until a slight blush.
- Mix chicken with onions, salt a little (remember that the cheese is also salty) and pepper.
- Cheese can be grated, but it is better to cut into slices, so for some reason it turns out tastier!
- When the chicken has cooled, add cheese to it and mix.
Divide the dough into several koloboks, each roll out, lay out the filling and close up. Fry pies with chicken and cheese in a large amount of sunflower oil in a pan or deep fat fryer. Serve the concoction warm or cold.
Ossetian pies with chicken, mushrooms and cheese

- half a pod of red hot pepper;
- salt to taste.
As for calorie content, in such pies per 100 grams there will be about 290 Kcal.
Cooking process
Prepare the dough:
- Heat milk, mix with sugar, salt and yeast. Add a third glass of flour, let the dough stand for 15 minutes.
- Pour in kefir, melted butter, egg, add flour, knead the dough.
- You can cook after the third rise of the test.
Boil chicken with carrots and pepper until cooked. Fry the mushrooms with onions.
Finely chop the chicken, herbs, cheese, mix everything with mushrooms, salt and add a little pepper.
Blind a few pies, make a hole in each and roll out a little with a rolling pin. Bake the pies at 180 degrees until cooked, then grease the dough with butter for softness.
