So, in order to bake a lavash snack cake on your own, you need to purchase the following products:
- thin Armenian pita bread - 2-3 pcs. (at its discretion);
- fresh mushrooms not very large - about 550 g;
- bitter onions - about 350 g;
- thick fresh sour cream - about 100 g or 4 large spoons;
- any cheese (take hard varieties) - about 100 g;
- sunflower oil without a characteristic odor (i.e. refined) - about 80 ml;
- salt and ground pepper - add to your liking.
