Several variations on the theme: "Vegetable stew in a slow cooker with meat"

The onset of autumn is the time when we are actively starting to cook vegetables: fry, steam, stew, canned. One of the most colorful and healthy dishes is vegetable stew with meat. In a slow cooker, preparing this aromatic yummy will not be difficult. Let's look at some simple recipes.

Stew with meat and mushrooms

We will cook vegetable stew in the Panasonic cooker. We take the ingredients in the following proportions:

1) zucchini - 1 piece;

3) tomatoes - 1 piece;

4) carrots - 1 piece;

5) pork meat - 0.5 kg;

6) potatoes - 5 pieces;

7) mushrooms - 300 grams;

8) garlic - 4 cloves;

9) seasonings for vegetables (optional);

10) black pepper, salt;

11) sunflower or ghee.

We begin to cook stew with meat. Rinse and cut it into medium-sized pieces. We install the β€œBaking” program on the multicooker, pour a little oil and spread the pork. Meat is cooked for 20 minutes. At the same time, do not forget to stir it periodically. Now you can send chopped onions and grated carrots to the pan. Mix the ingredients and leave to cook for 10 minutes. Then, peeled and crushed vegetables and mushrooms can be loaded into the multicooker. Add to taste all the necessary spices and seasonings, mix foods well and fill them with water. Turn on the timer for 50 minutes and cook the vegetable stew in a slow cooker with meat in the same mode. If you like more savory dishes, chopped garlic can be added after the stew has been cooked.

Beer and lamb vegetables

Starting with the classic recipe for vegetable stew, let's move on to a less traditional way of cooking this dish - vegetable stew in a slow cooker with meat and beer. We start with chopped lamb (500 grams) and chopped onion (2 pieces).

We spread the products in preheated oil and fry for 10 minutes, setting the "Multi-cook" mode (temperature - 180 degrees). Now lay the finely chopped vegetables and herbs:

  • potatoes (6 pieces);
  • celery (4 petioles);
  • carrots (2 pieces);
  • garlic (3-4 cloves);
  • rosemary (1 sprig).

Add salt and pepper with peas to taste. Mix the stew and pour 500 ml of unfiltered beer. Vegetable stew in a slow cooker with meat, leave to cook for 2 hours at a temperature of 120 degrees.

Turkey Stew

In this variant of cooking stewed vegetables, we will add turkey meat. Take a pound of meat and the same amount of potatoes, one each of carrots and onions. We cut all these products into not very small pieces and put them into the bowl of the multicooker pan, after pouring a small amount of sunflower oil. Add a couple of bay leaves. Salt and pepper to taste. We measure water (1.5 cups) and pour into the products. Gently mix the prepared ingredients and set the β€œStewing” program. As soon as the ready signal works, the aromatic dish can be laid out on plates!

Chicken Vegetable Stew

We have not used cabbage in any of the recipes. Now we offer to cook vegetable stew in a slow cooker with meat and cabbage. In the "Baking" mode, fry in oil 500 grams of chicken. After 20 minutes, lay the crumbled products:

  • 2 carrots;
  • 3 potatoes;
  • 1 sweet pepper;
  • 200 grams of cabbage.
