Her life before marriage to the legend of Soviet cinema Leonid Filatov was not particularly famous, despite the fact that as an actress she was quite popular. Take the film “Towards the Black Sea”, beloved by the older generation.
But even now, when they remember her, they primarily speak of one of Filatov’s wives. And although she never became as famous as her husband, talking about the lack of talent in this woman is simply impossible. In each role, actress Savchenko Lidiya Kuzminichna invested a piece of her soul, showing her character as humane and real.

Accidental acquaintance
Lydia Kuzminichna met her husband Savchenko when he came to get a job in the same theater. It was Leonid Filatov. He fell in love at first sight. Lida could not say such a thing about herself, because at that time she was married. In addition, she is five years older than Leonid.

Marriage and Divorce
Very soon, Lydia realized that Leonid began a parallel affair - with Nina Shatskaya, who was married to Zolotukhin. Over time, Filatov realized that Lida knew about everything and would try to forget him, so he did everything possible to bring her back. Savchenko, in love, believed him. And even agreed to marry him. After all, she loved him so much and trusted in everything. True, the marriage was strange - there was neither a gala dinner, nor a beautiful dress with a veil. Yes, and the husband did not look so happy. And all the years of a legal marriage, he did not shower Lida with his love and attention. But he endlessly respected her and listened to her opinion.
Actress Savchenko Lidia Kuzminichna, whose photo used to be often printed on the pages of glossy publications, very soon went to work in the theater after an abortion, when Leonid forbade her to give birth. She still regrets that she obeyed him.
