This dish will be especially piquant if for its preparation you take not only fresh vegetables, but also sauerkraut. It will give a slight acidity and perfectly emphasize the taste of beef or pork. For a large serving for the whole family you will need:

  • half a kilogram of beef or pork fillet;
  • 2 large onions;
  • 400 g of sauerkraut and 800 g of fresh (this is about half a large fork);
  • a few tablespoons of natural tomato paste;
  • spices for meat, salt and a few bay leaves.

Chop the onion finely and put it in a pan with vegetable oil. Passer until transparent, then add the diced meat fillet into small cubes. Cook for about 5 minutes, then put sour cabbage. Tip: if the pickled vegetables are too acidic, put them in a colander before cooking and rinse with running water. Close the pan with a lid and simmer for a quarter of an hour over medium heat, not forgetting to stir occasionally. Then put fresh cabbage, as well as tomato paste and cook until the meat is soft. Depending on its quality, this can take an hour and a half. At the very end, add bay leaf to the dish, carefully salt and sprinkle with spices. Turn off the heat and simmer under the lid for another 15 minutes. Braised cabbage, the recipe for which is so simple, will be a wonderful meal for dinner. It must be served hot, served with a light green salad or just sliced ​​from seasonal vegetables. Of course, for this dish you can take only fresh cabbage, but sauerkraut will give it a special piquancy - try this combination, you will definitely like it.

And you can cook vegetables and as follows, take:

  • half a kilogram of chicken without skin and bones;
  • a small 100 gram slice of smoked brisket;
  • 50-70 g of any processed cheese - Viola, Hohland or any other is suitable;
  • 200 g of fresh champignons;
  • half a small head of cabbage;
  • onions, a couple of cloves of garlic and spices.

Cut the breast into strips and fry in a small amount of oil, the fat should drain from it. Add finely chopped onions to the pan and sautΓ© for a couple of minutes. After, put the chicken fillet cut into cubes and lightly fry it - the pieces should turn white. Next add the mushrooms - if they are large enough, they must first be cut into several parts, small copies can be put in their entirety. Stew the mixture for no more than five minutes, and then lay the chopped cabbage. By the way, if you want the vegetable to turn out to be especially juicy, slightly add salt after cutting and remember with your hands. After the cabbage is slightly fried, add cheese to the pan, pour a third of a glass of water and cook over low heat for a quarter of an hour, or a little more. Season with salt and season with spices to taste. Braised cabbage (a recipe with cheese and chicken) will be very tasty when cooked, so immediately after serving, serve the dish to the table. For flavor, finely chopped or squeezed garlic can be added to each serving.

And you can make the dish easier, for example, cabbage stew is very quickly prepared, the recipe of which involves stewing with cream in a microwave oven. For him you will need:

  • half a kilogram of cauliflower;
  • 150 g of any cheese;
  • some milk, 100 ml of heavy cream and spices.

Divide the cabbage by inflorescence, put in a form and cook at full power for 2 minutes. Then pour cream and milk, sprinkle with grated cheese on top and bake for another 8 minutes.
