To prepare such high-calorie foods, we need the following products:
- fresh fatty milk or ordinary drinking water - 350 ml;
- sifted white flour - from 450 g;
- granulated sugar - a full large spoon (with a leaf);
- small iodized salt - Β½ dessert spoon;
- medium chicken eggs - 3 pcs;
- granular dry yeast - a small spoon;
- refined vegetable oil - from 100 ml (for frying the filling and semi-finished products);
- spices - for filling (add to taste);
- sweet onions - 3 medium heads;
- low-fat pork or veal - 400 g;
- fresh greens, namely parsley and dill - several branches;
- small cloves of garlic - 3 pcs.
Cooking basics
Lazy whites can be made from any dough. In this recipe, we decided to use a yeast base. After all, it is with her that such products are obtained as soft and lush as possible. Thus, to prepare the dough, you need to mix half of the warm liquid (milk or ordinary drinking water) with dry yeast, granulated sugar and salt. It is advisable to leave the resulting mass warm for 10-16 minutes. After the specified time has passed, the second part of milk or water, beaten eggs, and pour white sifted flour should be added to the base. The last ingredient should be added until a homogeneous and viscous mass forms (as for pancakes).
In order for lazy whites to turn out lush and very tasty, it is recommended to put the finished dough near the batteries and keep it in this position for at least 60 minutes. While the base comes, you can safely do the cooking of the filling.
Preparing the meat filling
Lazy yeast-based whites are best made from lean pork or veal. For this, the meat ingredient purchased must be washed, cleaned of various veins, and then finely chopped with a knife. How to cook lazy whites on kefir without meat?
Such products are obtained no less tasty previous lazy pies. Moreover, cooking the presented whites is much easier and faster. After all, they are made on the basis of kefir dough, which there is no need to withstand in heat for an hour.

- small table salt - Β½ small spoon;
- sifted wheat flour - 1.4 cups;
- granulated sugar - 2/3 of a dessert spoon;
- boiled aromatic sausage - 300 g;
- white onions - 2 pcs;
- Refined vegetable oil - for frying onions and products.
Kneading process
Lazy meat-free whites are fried in a pan according to the same principle as previous products. But before proceeding with their heat treatment, you should mix the kefir base well. To do this, take a warm
