The drug is released in the form of tablets. Pharmacological action based on
antithyroid properties of the active substance - tiamazole (5 mg in 1 tablet). During clinical trials of the drug, rarely allergic reactions in the form of a rash or fever were observed; in single patients, symptoms of lupus-like syndrome were noted.

Disturbances in the hematopoietic system were rarely manifested by leukopenia, agranulocytosis; in single patients, symptoms of generalized lymphadenopathy were observed.

Disturbances in the digestive system were rarely manifested by a change in taste; in a few patients, liver pathology, vomiting, and nausea were detected.

Do not prescribe the drug:

  • with severe leukopenia or granulocytopenia;

This fever, sore throat, inflammation of the oral mucosa, the appearance of a boil are characteristic symptoms of agranulocytosis.
