Salmon, lightly salted and fried salad

A variety of dishes can be prepared from fish, both first and second. but salads are especially tasty from fish - especially a salad with slightly salted salmon. Salads can be made from salted fish, and from baked and even canned.

It is very easy to prepare salads in general, the main thing is to find the most delicious and unusual, and salmon, as the main ingredient, immediately sets out for originality. And there is no arguing about taste. Salmon belongs to the genus of salmon fish, it is also called lake salmon. In length, it can reach one and a half meters and more than forty kilograms in weight.

Salad with slightly salted salmon is the simplest salad. It is prepared very quickly and easily - this is when guests arrive on a weekday and there is no time for long preparations. For salad, we need slightly salted salmon. Finely cut the fish and lightly sprinkle with lemon juice. Boil the eggs and chop. It is better to take hard cheese and cut into cubes or grate on a coarse grater. Finely chop the greens. We season everything with mayonnaise or sour cream. Very fast and very tasty. Salad with salted salmon, by the way, can be laid in layers: eggs, fish, herbs, cheese. Grease all layers with mayonnaise.

A very hearty and crispy salad with salmon and cucumber is obtained. Finely chop the salted salmon. We tear a bunch of lettuce leaves or finely chop. We cut two or three medium cucumbers into cubes. All the ingredients need to be mixed and seasoned with sour cream, salt and pepper. Before serving, add crackers so as not to get wet. The main thing is that they go well with fish. But you can make the crackers yourself. We cut the bread and dry it a little in a dry hot pan.

And I prepared this salad from the remnants of a festive dinner. We still have a piece of baked salmon, and I decided to experiment. I had such a good piece of salmon, 300 grams. We baked it with seasonings and herbs, but for our salad it is possible without them. Just salt, pepper, put in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Cut the fish fillet into small pieces. Two or three tomatoes and a cucumber are also chopped quite finely. You can take cherry tomatoes - with them it turns out even tastier, but you need 10-15 of them. Hands tear lettuce. Now we are preparing a gas station. Four tablespoons of vegetable oil (ideally olive), the same amount of lemon juice and two tablespoons of soy sauce. All this mix. Add three tablespoons of sesame seeds. Squeeze out three or four cloves of garlic, salt, pepper, mix the dressing. Now add the dressing to the salad bowl, mix our salad and serve. A very tasty and unusual option is obtained. Hope you can surprise your guests!

You can also make a warm salad with salmon. To prepare two servings of salad, you need to take 300 grams of salmon, 150 grams of salad, 50 grams of hazelnuts, a clove of garlic, three tablespoons of oil, parsley, dill, apple cider vinegar, three teaspoons of Dijon mustard, a pinch of freshly ground pepper and sea salt. Grind the garlic with salt, add two teaspoons of mustard, a teaspoon of vinegar and a large spoon of olive oil. Grease the fish with this sauce and put the skin down on a dry frying pan without a handle and fry for about three to four minutes over medium heat. Then put the pan for six minutes in the oven, preheated to one hundred and eighty degrees.

Now do the refueling. Mix a mustard tea boat with two large spoons of apple cider vinegar. Add dill and ground pepper. Grind the nuts. Put the salad on a large plate, pour dressing and sprinkle with half a hazelnut. Put fish-free fish slices on top and sprinkle with parsley and remaining nuts. It turns out no worse than a salad with slightly salted salmon.
