Resourceful and creative craftsmen came up with a new version that looks more elegant on the festive table, is convenient for serving at the same time, and is also very tasty, despite the simple components. Essential ingredients for making zucchini cake:
- 4 medium-sized zucchini (preferably without formed seeds), chicken eggs and tomatoes;
- 150 grams of mayonnaise;
- 4-5 cloves of garlic;
- 200 grams of flour;
- a bunch of parsley;
- 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper, coriander and salt.
How to prepare the base?
The zucchini cake according to the recipe is prepared step by step as follows: grate zucchini on a grater with large holes and squeeze out excess liquid with your hands. Next, add salt and spices to them, eggs and mix until the spices are evenly distributed. Then introduce the flour and mix thoroughly the resulting dough.
In a pan with a thick bottom (preferably cast iron), warm 1/2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil and pour a little dough on it, leveling it evenly across the entire plane with a spatula or spoon.
