Three great recipes for dinner: how to cook a casserole of tomatoes and zucchini

  • 6 ripe tomatoes;
  • 3 medium onions;
  • 2 tbsp. l natural tomato paste;
  • 100 g of hard cheese, grated;
  • for filling - 3 chicken eggs and 150 g sour cream, salt and spices.

Chop the onion finely, put in a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry until transparent, then add the minced meat, salt, pour the tomato paste and cook for no more than 5-7 minutes. Wash the zucchini, peel and seeds, and then grate on a coarse grater. Vegetable mass needs to be salted and allowed to stand for 10-15 minutes, after juice is secreted, drain it. Cut the tomatoes into circles. Now put in a prepared baking dish a layer of zucchini, minced meat on top, after again zucchini. Finish the dish with a layer of tomatoes, pour a mixture of sour cream and eggs, and then generously sprinkle with cheese.
