- sweet dried apricots (add to the filling) - 50 g;
- dark raisins (for filling) - about 50 g.
Kneading yeast base
Too many housewives make sweet bread in a bread maker. Recipes for such a device practically do not differ from those intended for self-baking. That is why the described methods of preparing a delicious homemade goodies can be used in both cases.
To personally replace the yeast base, you will need to slightly warm the milk over low heat. Next, pour in it medium-sized granulated sugar and dissolve it well. After the steps described, add a spoonful of dry yeast to the ingredients and wait until they swell.
After about a quarter of an hour, soft cooking oil and a little salt should be added to the milk base. After mixing the components with your hand, gradually add high-grade flour to them. As a result, you should get a uniform base, slightly sticking to the fingers.

- natural butter (add to the dough) - 100 g;
- fresh high-fat milk - about 400 ml for dough;
- poppy (used for filling) - about 100 g;
- white chocolate (for glaze) - 90 g;
- cream (for glaze) - about 50 ml.
Roll dough
Before making sweet bread with poppy seeds, you should knead the yeast base. To do this, pour dry active yeast and granulated sugar into warm fat milk, and then wait for them to dissolve, leaving them at rest for a quarter of an hour. After this, the ingredients must be added pre-melted and chilled cooking oil, table salt and high-grade flour. Kneading a soft base, it must be covered with a dense cloth, and then left in a warm place for an hour and a half. This time will be enough for the dough to rise well.
The process of forming poppy seed roll
