In the oven

What do you need:

  • 0.4 kg of cottage cheese;
  • 0.2 kg of sugar;
  • one egg;
  • 0.3 kg of flour;
  • one and a half teaspoons of baking powder;
  • salt;
  • icing sugar for decoration.

How to do:

  1. Cook the cottage cheese: it must be grinded in any way possible: a crush, using a blender or pass through a sieve.
  2. Pour granulated sugar into the cottage cheese, beat in the egg, stir until smooth.
  3. Sift the wheat flour, mix with salt and baking powder.
  4. Pour the flour into the curd gradually, kneading the dough. Transfer it to a cutting board and knead properly. It should not be cool, while it may stick slightly to your hands.
  5. Divide the resulting dough into 12 identical parts, rolling each with a ball, and then flattening it directly with your hands into a cake.
  6. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper or parchment and put cooked cakes on it.
  7. Preheat the oven to t 180 ° and place a baking sheet with blanks in it.
  8. Bake for about half an hour until browned.

Remove the cottage cheese dumplings from the oven and cool on a baking sheet. Then sprinkle with powdered sugar, transfer to a convenient container and serve with tea.

What do you need:

  • five eggs;
  • 0.6 kg of cottage cheese;
  • 130 g of sugar;
  • 0.3 kg of flour;
  • half a teaspoon of soda (extinguish with vinegar);
  • salt to taste;
  • icing sugar;
  • odorless vegetable oil (0.5-0.7 ml).

How to do:

  1. Put the cottage cheese in a suitable bowl, pour the granulated sugar and break the eggs.
  2. Add flour and mix with a blender.
  3. Put the baking soda quenched with vinegar and mix again with a blender.
  4. The finished dough by consistency should look like thick sour cream.
  5. Pour vegetable oil into a suitable container and place on a gas burner.
  6. As soon as the oil begins to boil, spread the dough with a large spoon soaked in water.
  7. Fry cottage cheese dumplings in a frying pan in oil until golden brown.
  8. Then spread on a towel made of paper to drain excess fat.

Sprinkle the crumpets with powdered sugar and put in a plate. You can carry it on the table and treat your family. It is advisable to eat them fresh - on the same day.

With rice

What do you need:

  • 250 g soft cottage cheese;
  • half a glass of rice;
  • 1 egg
  • 7 tablespoons of sugar;
  • 4 tablespoons of sour cream;
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice;
  • vanilla sugar (sachet);
  • lemon zest;
  • cinnamon;
  • ground nutmeg;
  • about three glasses of flour;
  • a third of a teaspoon of soda;
  • a tablespoon of any alcohol (liquor, wine, etc.);
  • 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • vegetable oil for frying;
  • salt;
  • icing sugar.

How to do:

  1. Boil rice, recline on a sieve, rinse with cold water.
  2. Mix cottage cheese with rice and grind with a blender until smooth.
  3. Add the egg to the curd-rice mass, then granulated sugar, sour cream, vanillin, nutmeg and mix by hand.
  4. Pour in alcohol, lemon juice, put the zest and mix again.
  5. Add soda, then flour and knead the dough (maybe a little more flour is needed). The dough should stick slightly to the hands, be soft, but at the same time elastic.
  6. Put the dough on a plate, wrap it with cling film and leave for 40 minutes at room temperature.
  7. Pour flour on the board (or directly on the table), put the dough and roll into a layer about 1 cm thick.
  8. Cut a glass of mug, squeeze out the center to make bagels.
  9. In a stewpan, heat refined vegetable oil, place future croutons in it and fry on both sides until golden brown. They should rise during frying.
  10. Spread on paper napkins to absorb excess oil.

Sprinkle the finished products with powdered sugar, then serve with tea.
