Not only anglers respect fish dishes. Anyone will be interested in some kind of food, which is based on aquatic inhabitants - if it is properly prepared and properly served. The most respected, of course, is sea or ocean fish - it has fewer bones and more beneficial substances. The most important thing is not to spoil the original product. And then universal respect and admiration for your culinary talents will be guaranteed to you.
Fish rolls
The best combination is sea ββfish with beans - at least for all of us familiar, red or white, at least with leguminous. And the recipes that include these two ingredients are very diverse. The most available in the regions far from the coast, cod. You can make a lot of things out of it. For example, if you take a pound or a little more of sea fish fillet, dry it after washing and cut into plates, you can get a very tasty dish as a result. To do this, you need to salt the plates, sprinkle with spices to your taste and sprinkle with lemon. While it is pickling (at least 10 minutes), mincemeat is prepared. Grams of 100 cheese from hard varieties are coarsely rubbed, 400 g of green beans (most often taken frozen) are boiled until soft and cut into small pieces. Both components are mixed and seasoned. Then, the resulting mixture begins pickled plate of fish. Most often they are folded after a roll, but sometimes they use the "wallet" method. The resulting bundles are dipped in a beaten egg, then in flour, and finally in breadcrumbs. It remains to fry and serve. Tender recipe
For him, again, marine (rather than river or lake) inhabitants are more suitable. About a kilogram of their fillet is washed, dried and rubbed with a mixture of peppers and salt. So that the sea fish with beans turns out most successfully, just the string variety (about half a kilogram) is taken and poured with boiling water for 5 minutes. An orange will also be needed: it is divided in half, to squeeze the juice from one half, and peel the slices from the second. About three cloves of garlic should be peeled and cut into thin slices. A small piece of butter is cut into small cubes (for this it is better to take it frozen). A similar piece is melted. Now the most crucial stage begins, on which depends how delicious your saltwater fish with beans comes out: a sufficiently large section of parchment is laid out on a baking sheet. It should be greased ahead of time with melted butter. Fish fillet is placed on it, beans are laid out around. All this is sprinkled with tarragon, garlic, orange slices and chopped butter are placed on top. The whole structure is wrapped in parchment and placed for forty minutes in the oven. If you like sour more, replace an orange with a lemon.

So, a little more than a pound of white sea fish is taken. For example, the same cod. It is cut in long, non-thick strips and breaded in starch. 2 cloves of garlic and about 2-3 cm of ginger root are finely chopped; a glass of green beans is boiled for four minutes and drained from the water. In a separate container, tomato paste, wine vinegar (taken over a tablespoon), soy sauce and orange juice (they must be taken in two) are mixed, plus a small spoonful of starch and a large sugar. Ginger and garlic are fried in a pan for half a minute; then beans are introduced, and after about seven minutes - fish. At this point, the prepared sauce is poured. When it thickens - consider that the dish is ready. Such saltwater fish with beans is especially good with rice. Yet this is an oriental dish.
Baked in foil
Usually the emphasis is on fish. But sometimes this approach can be considered a mistake. Often it is more correct to say "beans with fish." The recipe that we offer still considers it the main ingredient. A pound of green beans should be previously blanched and drained. Then a foil is taken, which is smeared with a mixture of tomato paste with chopped basil; a quarter of the whole amount of beans is laid out on it, and on top is a pound of fish (take the chopped fillet, it is better baked). Fillet is sprinkled with olive oil and lemon juice, flavored with pepper, salt and other spices. The foil is wrapped, and a similar procedure is repeated four times - as a result, you should get 4 convolutions in which there are sea fish with beans. They are put in the oven for a quarter of an hour, after which, freed from foil, they are served on the table, additionally sprinkled with lemon and in company with their favorite gourmet sauces.
