The theme of today's story is the Soviet comedy of the perestroika period. The plot is simple. The picture does not claim to be a movie masterpiece, although the roles in it were played by famous, talented actors. It is noteworthy only in that it is the first commercial project in domestic cinema. This film is called "For the beautiful ladies!".

For several years, ladies gather once a year in order to tell each other about their successes and boast of new acquisitions, among which in the first place are “girls' best friends”, that is, jewelry and imported clothing. All this, as you know, in the Soviet Union was in terrible shortage. The action takes place in the apartment of one of the business women.

At the age of twenty, these girls are enviable brides, and rubles are no longer money for them, since the dollar reigns in the country.
Two crooks learn about the “gathering” of wealthy young ladies - the thief Gena and the adventurer Victor. With their appearance, the most interesting begins in the comedy “For the beautiful ladies!”. Actors A. Pankratov-Cherny and A. Abdulov played unlucky robbers. Fraudsters “calculate” the time and place of the next gathering of a business woman and break into their masked apartment. But the usual “gop-stop” at first glance will lead to unexpected consequences.
Unexpected denouement
What events take place in the movie “For the beautiful ladies!”? The actors whose names are named above played unsuccessful scammers. They failed to carry out the robbery. In addition, it turns out that one of the girls took with him to a party a young man whom she left in the stairwell. This is another character in the comedy "For the beautiful ladies!" Actor Sergei Stepanchenko played the groom of one of the girls.
Now all visitors to the apartment are held hostage by an unforeseen situation. It later turns out that the "robbers" are old acquaintances of one of the businesswomen. Oddly enough, the film ends with the reconciliation of the heroes, a feast and an exclamation of toast: "For the beautiful ladies!" The actors performed the roles wonderful. It’s worth watching a movie if only to see the game of domestic movie stars.
