How to make a banana pie

Have you ever tried a banana pie? You must admit that for such purposes this fruit is not used very often. But in vain, because a banana pie is very tasty, of course, if it is cooked correctly. I am pleased to share with you several interesting recipes that you should definitely write in your culinary notebook or book.

First, let's make the dough. In this case, it should be yeast, so you can, of course, buy it. If you are going to cook yeast dough, then follow these recommendations:

Mix six hundred grams of flour with 8 grams of yeast. Separately mix 220 ml of water, two tablespoons of already melted margarine, four tablespoons of sugar, the same amount of vegetable oil and a pinch of salt. Then add our yeast flour here and knead the dough. It should turn out elastic. Now put the dough in a warm place so that it fits.

Let's prepare the filling for our pie. We will need:

Β· 4 large bananas, not green, but not overripe.

Fifty grams of cashew nuts.

Β· Juice squeezed from half a lemon.

Β· Lemon zest.

Β· A teaspoon of nutmeg and turmeric.

Preparation of the filling: Peel the bananas and cut into three parts. Each part needs to be cut across. Sprinkle the bananas with spices (turmeric and nutmeg), and then put the halves in a pan and fry them in butter or vegetable oil. Fry until the banana is golden crusted. Remember that bananas in this case will be prepared very quickly, so carefully monitor the process.

Roll out the dough (two centimeters thick), put it on a pre-greased baking sheet, evenly spread the bananas on top, slightly dipping them in the dough. Sprinkle bananas with lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Banana pie is baked at a temperature of 180C until fully cooked. Eat the pie in both cold and warm form. In any case, it will be very tasty.

Banana pie recipe without baking

Ingredients:

For the cake you will need two hundred and fifty grams of biscuit cookies and one hundred and twenty-five grams of butter.

For the preparation of caramel : one hundred and sixty grams of condensed milk and milk, half a kilogram of sugar, sixty grams of butter.

For the preparation of cream and filling: four ripe bananas, cream (200 ml), a bag of vanilla sugar, one hundred grams of cottage cheese, chocolate chips for decoration.

Preparation: Crumble cookies and mix with butter (it needs to be soaked in advance). Put the mass in a mold, tamp well and refrigerate for an hour.

Put all the caramel ingredients in the pan and cook for about five minutes. Pour the cakes with the finished caramel, and put the sliced ​​banana on top. Beat vanilla sugar, cream and cottage cheese in a blender. Put the resulting mass on bananas. Sprinkle the cake with chocolate chips

You can make such a banana pie without baking in just a few minutes. Most importantly, have all the necessary ingredients on hand.

Banana pie, kefir recipe

  And here is another wonderful banana pie, which can also be prepared very quickly.

Ingredients: two eggs, one and a half glasses of sugar, a teaspoon of quick soda, a glass of kefir, two or three glasses of flour, one or two bananas.

Preparation: beat eggs with a mixer in a thick foam, gradually introduce sugar. Mix soda with kefir, add eggs as well and mix well. Enter the flour. The dough should turn out like a pancake.

Peel and cut the bananas in circles.

Lubricate the baking dish, put the bananas on the bottom and pour the dough. Bake for twenty-five minutes in a preheated oven.

When the cake has cooled a little, put it on a plate so that the bananas are on top.
