Shred thinly cabbage, three carrots on a grater, finely chop celery and parsley root. Mix everything and salt to taste. This recipe for pickled cabbage with pepper is somewhat original. Now lay the filling inside each pepper and close the hole with a circle of carrots. If possible, then each peppercorn should be wrapped in celery leaves. Put them in the jar with the holes up.
