For chocolate coating you will need: one hundred grams of condensed milk, half a crushed bar of chocolate, a pinch of salt, three large tablespoons of water and one - vanilla extract.
To prepare strawberry cream, you need: two packs of softened butter, two cans of condensed milk, half a glass of strawberry jam without stones.

1. It is necessary to heat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Lubricate two rectangular shapes measuring 20x30 with butter.
2. Sift the baking powder, salt and flour several times to prevent any impurities from entering the dough.
3. Carefully separate the egg whites from the yolks, pour them into a deep saucepan and beat until foamy. Gradually pour half the sugar. Beat the mixture to such a state that soft peaks form.
