Then cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Move the cottage cheese with finely chopped greens. You can add some salt. Do not forget to squeeze the garlic. We send the filling to the refrigerator.
Cooking dough
We boil water, add salt and vegetable oil. After the water has cooled, gradually add flour to it, stirring constantly. Knead the dough well and divide it into two parts, each of which is rolled out in a thin layer. On one half of the dough, lay out the circles of tomatoes at a distance of 3 centimeters from each other. Next, for each piece of tomato, lay out the filling. After each circle of tomato is covered with filling, we cover all this with a second layer of dough. Now we squeeze out circles with a glass the size of each tomato, each of which we fasten tightly with our fingers on the sides.

Oven pies with cottage cheese
This recipe, like the previous one, is designed for eight servings.
It takes about three hours to cook this dish. Therefore, be patient and you can start cooking.
As in the previous recipe, take 200 g of cottage cheese. Add vanilla sugar, raisins and sugar to taste. You will also need one tablespoon of starch, two and a half glasses of wheat flour, 20 g of yeast, 50 g of margarine, a couple of egg yolks, one glass of milk, one chicken egg. For lubrication we use cooking oil, for powder flour.
The first step is to mix the flour and yeast. Flour should go a small amount. Add milk and sugar here. We mix everything until the mixture in consistency resembles sour cream. After that we send her to a warm place.
After the dough has risen slightly, it is necessary to add the remaining flour, milk and one egg yolk to it. Now the dough needs to be knocked out until it becomes smooth. This is best done with a wooden spoon. Before the dough is completely kneaded, add fat and salt to it. Knead again. Sprinkle the finished dough with flour, cover it with a towel or napkin and send it again to settle in a warm place. We are waiting for its size to increase at least twice.

Now we take the finished dough and divide it into two parts, each of which is rolled out with a long bundle and cut into rings 3 cm thick. From each piece we form balls and roll them so that the filling fits.
