Talia Shire is an American actress, director and producer of Italian descent. Sister of the famous director Francis Ford Coppola. Thalia Shire (Koppola's maiden name) was born on April 25, 1946 in the town of Lake Success, New York. The younger sister of director Francis Ford Coppola and university professor August Coppola.
