Kulebyaki Recipe with Cabbage and Egg

Cooking method:

Melt the butter, let it cool slightly, and then add to the dough, salt and mix. Cover the dough with a linen towel, and then put it in a warm place. When the dough is increased by 2 times, you need to knead it and let stand a little longer. Then proceed to the preparation of the filling. Finely chop fresh cabbage, salt and fry in a pan. Finely chopped boiled eggs and mix with cabbage.
We crumble the dough again and set aside part of the decoration kulebyaki. We roll the rest of the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of about a centimeter. Spread the filling in the center of the cake and tightly clamp the edges of the dough. We turn on the oven and while it is warming up, grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil, after which we spread the cookie sheet with the seam down. From the dough that has been set aside for jewelry, we make flagella with which we decorate the couleby. After that, grease it with a fresh egg, beaten with a whisk. We leave the couleby for 15 minutes, after which we make punctures in it with a knife.
Kulebyaku put in the oven and bake at a temperature of 190 degrees for about 45 minutes. When the kulebyaka is ready, it will need to be laid out and covered for 15-20 minutes with a towel.
Recipe Kulebyaki with minced meat
Ingredients: a pound of flour, 700 grams of minced meat, 2 eggs, 30 grams of margarine, 15 grams of yeast, 200 grams of water, tea. tablespoon of sugar, 5 grams of salt.
Cooking method:
Add flour, sugar, salt, egg and yeast diluted in warm water to the flour. Mix everything thoroughly. Melt the margarine and also add it to the dough. Knead until smooth. After that, remove the dough in a warm place so that it fits. When the dough is suitable, you need to knead it and leave it for a while.
After this, roll out the dough with a rolling pin so that the width is 20 cm and the thickness is about a centimeter. Spread the minced meat in the middle and clamp the edges. Then we place the kulebyak on a baking sheet greased with sunflower oil, with the seam down. Leave kulebyak for 15 minutes, then grease it with a beaten egg, pierce with a knife in several places and put in the oven. Bake at a temperature of 200 degrees. Kulebyaka with minced meat is ready.
Kulebyaki Recipe with Rice and Salmon
Ingredients: 500 g salmon fillet, 75 g long grain rice, 500 g puff pastry, egg, 400 g tomato, onion head, a bunch of parsley, grated zest and lemon juice, 80 g butter, black pepper, salt.
Cooking method:
Boil rice in salted water for 14 minutes. In a saucepan melt 80 gr. butter and add finely chopped onions. Fry until the onion is soft. Add finely chopped tomatoes. After 15 minutes, mix the rice with onions and tomatoes. Then you need to pepper and salt. Add chopped boiled salmon filet, finely chopped parsley, lemon zest and juice. With a rolling pin we roll out puff pastry (about 430 grams) into a rectangle measuring 28 by 40 centimeters. In the middle part of the rectangle we lay out the filling, leaving about 7 cm from the edge. Grease the edges with a beaten egg, then bend them. In the upper part we make decorative slots. From the remaining dough we make strips that weave in the form of a braid and put them on a coulibia. Lubricate with a whipped egg. After that, place the cake on the baking sheet and place it in the heated oven. Bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 45 minutes.
