Salad with chicken and beans and other recipes

Chicken salads have a pleasant delicate taste and can be prepared quickly and easily. Using chicken meat makes the salad not only delicious, but also dietary. Such a dish is perfectly absorbed, and at the same time beneficial for the body. Here are a couple of recipes for delicious salads with the addition of chicken meat.

Chicken and Bean Salad.

This salad is quite satisfying due to the presence of beans in it, which contain a large amount of protein. It can be served with fish and meat or as an independent dish.

Necessary ingredients: 350 grams of chicken meat, a can of canned beans, a handful of walnuts, 100 grams of cheese (preferably hard), a small packet of crackers, mayonnaise, sour cream, three cloves of garlic, pepper and a pinch of salt.

Now we are preparing a salad with chicken and beans: boil the chicken until tender, remove the seeds, cut into small pieces and spread in a wide bowl.

Open the beans, drain all the liquid and add to the meat.

Grind walnuts and also pour into a cup.

Add the chopped cheese and squeeze the garlic through the garlic press.

We combine sour cream and mayonnaise in the same amount and season the salad. Salt, pepper to taste and mix gently.

We add croutons before serving to the table, in order to avoid their softening.

A salad with chicken and beans can saturate you for the whole day.

Mushroom salad with chicken and beans.

For the salad you will need: two chicken breasts, a glass of green beans, 150 grams of any mushrooms, two bell peppers, a slice of cheese, two eggs, two tablespoons of sour cream, two tablespoons of breadcrumbs, 50 grams of butter, mayonnaise, cilantro and fresh herbs.

Preparation: combine the egg yolk with sour cream, finely chopped herbs, salt and mix.

We beat the chicken meat well, dip on both sides in the resulting mixture, then roll in breadcrumbs and put it in a frying pan.

While the breasts are fried, we separately fry the mushrooms and beans separately along with chopped sweet pepper.

Finished and cooled breasts cut into slices.

We spread all the products in a salad bowl in layers: chicken, mushrooms, beans with pepper, then repeat these layers again and the final layer is grated cheese.

Salad with Chicken and Beetroot "Red Rose".

This salad is simply created for the festive table. Tasty and very beautiful, absolutely everyone will like it. We will need: three chicken hams, three small beets, two medium carrots, ten gherkins, ten pieces of prunes, four eggs, mayonnaise and salt.

Preparation: wash the meat, put it in a pan and set it to cook until tender, not forgetting to salt. After the meat has cooled, cut it into small pieces.

Separately, boil beets, carrots, peel and rub on the largest grater. We cut one beetroot and gherkins in thin circles.

Boil the eggs and separate the protein from the yolk. Rub the protein on a coarse grater, and the yolk on the smallest.

Finely chop the prunes.

We take the dish and lay out all the vegetables in layers:

1 layer - chicken

2 layer - prunes

3 layer - yolks

4 layer - carrots

5 layer - gherkins

6 layer - proteins

7 layer - grated beets

We salt and grease each layer with mayonnaise.

From the beetroot circles, lay out the β€œpetals” on the surface of the salad. We leave the salad for a couple of hours so that all layers are thoroughly saturated.

Tongue and Bean Salad.

We need: 200 grams of beef tongue, three boiled eggs, a can of canned beans (you can boil), three small onions, two cloves of garlic, a little fried mushrooms and carrots, mayonnaise, pepper and salt.

Preparation: finely chop the onion and fry until it becomes transparent. Cut the boiled tongue and eggs into small pieces and combine with the onion. Add beans, chopped garlic, pepper, salt, pour mayonnaise and mix well.
