There is nothing complicated about it. Try to make delicious cakes in a pan with cheese according to a very simple and quick recipe. They will be a great addition to barbecue and snacks on a picnic. And homemade soup will become even tastier if, instead of bread, serve hot and fragrant cakes with cheese, fried in a pan. Prepare a couple glasses of flour and a cup of kefir for the test, and for the filling - 100 g of suluguni and eden cheeses . Now you can do the cooking:
- Grate and mix the cheeses.
- Pour kefir into a deep bowl and pour a little soda, mix. Bubbles of escaping gas should appear.
- Salt a little and add the flour in parts, knead the dough.
- Divide the whole dough into 4 parts, make a cake from each. Make sure that the edges are slightly thinner than the middle. Before working with the test, grease your hands with oil and then it will not stick to them.
- Put a mixture of cheeses in the center (do not spare the toppings!). Raise the edges of the tortillas, as if to seize, so that a bag is obtained and well shut up. Now gently squeeze into a cake the size of a pan.
- Heat a frying pan well (dry), put a cake, fry on both sides until itβs mouth-watering.
- Grease each with plenty of butter. Then the cakes in the pan with cheese cooked will simply melt in your mouth!
Quick cakes with Adyghe cheese
Another recipe for equally delicious cheese cakes with a slightly modified filling and
dough on sour cream. Take a couple glasses of flour and a glass of 20% sour cream for the dough. In the filling of 200 g of Adyghe cheese, 150 g of feta cheese, add another half pack of cottage cheese. Flat cakes in a pan with cheese according to this recipe are prepared as fast as the previous ones.
- Mix the sifted flour with salt, sour cream, soda (pre-quench it with a small amount of sour cream). If the dough is a little liquid (depending on the quality of the flour), then you can still pour at your discretion.
- To prepare the filling from cottage cheese, crushed Adyghe cheese and grated feta cheese.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and form cakes.
- Roll a ball from the filling, place in the center of the cakes, cover the second, gently and carefully pinch them together. Roll out the size of the pan. After such an operation, the cheese should be distributed throughout the entire volume of the product.
- Fry the tortillas in a pan with cheese on both sides to a beautiful color.

This more expensive but satisfying version of cakes will appeal to all meat-eaters. Take 200 g of pork and veal minced meat, a couple of tbsp. l flour, egg, 100 g of cheese (you can do more: you canβt spoil cheese cakes with cheese!). We start to cook:
- Mix the minced meat, drive in the yolk, season with pepper and salt, mix thoroughly.
- Cut the cheese into small cubes, add to the minced meat, mix well.
- Pour a little flour into the minced meat for viscosity, add whipped protein, mix.
- Spread 3-4 tbsp on a preheated and oiled pan. l forcemeat, smooth over the entire surface (the thickness should not be more than 5-6 mm), hold it a little on the stove and remove, turn the tortilla on the other side, let it fry until delicious crust. Eat cakes must be hot until the cheese has frozen.
