  • fresh beef liver - 600 g;
  • bulbs - 2 pcs.;
  • maximum fresh non-fat milk - 500 ml (300 ml of them in the dough, the rest for soaking offal);
  • light sifted flour - about 200 g;

  • large eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • small salt, allspice black - add to taste.
