Before you start cooking a biscuit cake with cream cheese and berries, you must turn on the oven so that it warms up. Like any other recipe, the preparation of the cake you need to start with baking cakes:

  1. Drive fresh chicken eggs into the bowl of the combine, add sugar and beat them together until light.
  2. Then, in small portions, pour twice the sifted flour to the beaten eggs and gently, slowly mix.
  3. After adding all the flour, the dough should not lose its airiness.

It is good to grease the bottom and walls from the inside with softened oil and lay the parchment on top. Fill the forms with the prepared dough in the same proportions and place for baking in the oven, which during the preparation of the dough has warmed up to 180 degrees. After 25-30 minutes, make sure the cakes are ready and remove the forms from the oven.

Do not rush to immediately remove the hot biscuit cakes from the molds. This can be done only after fifteen minutes. Then allow to cool completely on the wire rack and carefully cut each cake into two parts with a gently long sharp knife.

Now you need to do the preparation of the cream. To do this, put the curd cream in a deep container and fill it with icing sugar. Beat the cream with a mixer until fluffy and, without interrupting the process, add cream. Beat the cream cheese to a thick consistency.

After cooking the cakes and cream, it remains to prepare the berries and fruits:

  • Open canned peaches, drain and cut into slices.
  • Separate the bananas from the peel and cut them across into circles.
  • With kiwi, cut the skin and also cut into circles.

  1. Pour flour, starch, cocoa powder and baking powder into a fine sieve.
