How to cook squid fried and stuffed?

Squid meat is considered a dietary and very useful product for the human body. It does not contain fatty acids and is enriched with protein, which is perfectly absorbed. Thanks to taurine, meat lowers cholesterol, normalizes blood pressure and improves the functioning of the cardiovascular system. This product contains a number of many other beneficial substances and vitamins. So how to cook fried squids ?

A little tip. Freshly thawed or just fresh squid is very difficult to clean from the film, often the cleaning process takes too much time, but it can be significantly reduced. To do this, put a pot of water on a big fire, as soon as the water boils, a mollusk is immediately thrown into it, and literally two minutes later it gets out. While in hot water, all the dirt itself will leave the surface of the squid, and after it cools, the film will be removed very simply.

Deep-fried squid

Cut a kilogram of peeled and well-washed mollusks into rings and put on a towel or napkin to remove excess moisture. Add salt and pepper to all the rings; you can add your favorite seasonings and roll in starch.

Pour vegetable oil in half a pot (it is better to take a wide one), wait a little, until it becomes hot. After dip the seasoned squid rings into the pan, fry for no more than four minutes.

Then get out the rings with a slotted spoon and lay it again on a napkin so that all the excess fat is absorbed into it. For taste, you can sprinkle with lemon juice. Ready-made fried squids go well with any kind of cabbage.

How to fry squids in sour cream sauce?

Cut the peeled mollusk into thin half rings or simply straws and send to fry in a skillet with vegetable oil. Immediately peel the middle onion, finely chop and send to the squid, salt, add seasoning.

After 10 minutes, pour half a liter of thick sour cream into the pan (fat content of at least 20%), mix thoroughly, add salt if necessary. Stew for another 10 minutes and the dish is ready!

Squid fried in breadcrumbs

Cut a half kilogram of mollusk into rings or half rings. Beat two eggs well with salt and spices. Pour all squids into a bowl with eggs and mix. Then roll them in breadcrumbs. And the last thing - put them in a pan with a lot of vegetable oil, fry for four minutes. It turns out delicious and very simple.

Squid Stuffed with Mushrooms

There are not only fried squids, stuffed clam is quite tasty.

Five small carcasses are taken, without cutting, they are cleaned and washed, only the tail is removed.

A half kilogram of any mushrooms (you can use both forest and champignons) and one onion are finely chopped and sent to fry in a skillet. There you can add chopped cut tail. Salt everything, add seasoning.

Put stuffing of mushrooms in each carcass, but without tamping, the squid becomes an order of magnitude smaller when cooked, it must be taken into account. Fix the edges with skewers or toothpicks, put in a baking dish, pour a little hot water on the bottom, grease with mayonnaise on top. Put in a preheated oven to 200 degrees.

After 20 minutes, remove, sprinkle with grated cheese and again send to the oven for three minutes. Serve warm.

Despite the usefulness of squids, doctors do not recommend eating them too often because of the excessively high salt content in them. And dried ones are not recommended at all, they contribute to water retention in the body, which leads to edema and changes in appearance for the worse. Of course, you do not need to refuse them, just do not eat too often.
