By the way, in Armenia, local cheeses β€œdwell” as a filling most often in lavash. But the filling is meat, vegetable, from cottage cheese. All this may depend on the traditions in a particular family. And the most simple to prepare and also tasty, suitable for any occasion, were rolls of pita bread and fillings. Basic recipe. Ingredients

We need: Armenian (thin) pita bread - 3 pieces, a pound of smoked breast, a few pickles (pieces 3-5 depending on size), fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro), a few cloves of garlic, a bunch of lettuce leaves, a couple of spoons of adjika, good natural mayonnaise (you can make it yourself).

We just cook

Breast fillet cut into smaller, oblong stripes.

Cucumbers shred in the form of thin straws.

Grind the garlic in a separate bowl, add adjika + mayonnaise (do not overdo it!), Mix well.

Spread half of the resulting sauce on pita bread.

We lay out washed, dried lettuce leaves (half of the bunch).

We spread the layer of breast, on top of it - a layer of cucumbers.

Pour over the remaining sauce, sprinkle with chopped herbs.

We roll pita bread into rolls, wrap it in food foil or film, put it in the cold for 2-3 hours for impregnation.

We remove the film, put the rest of the lettuce leaves on the dish, and place the pita bread with smoked chicken on them. We decorate the eastern dish with greens.

We need: thin pita bread - 3 things, 200 grams of smoked chicken breast, 100 grams of Korean carrots (sharper), 150 grams of cheese, 150 - mayonnaise, grains from half a pomegranate.

Smoked meat is cut into smaller pieces or strips (as you like). Grate the cheese coarsely. Finely chop the greens. Smeared with mayonnaise (take half) a sheet of pita bread. We spread grated cheese on top of it. Sprinkle with herbs. On top we place another piece of pita bread, spread with mayonnaise. We lay out Korean carrots, and on top is a layer of breast. Tightly roll the pita in the shape of a roll. We wrap food or foil in a film and put it in the refrigerator for impregnation.
