  3. We cover the dough with a cotton towel and set aside for half an hour (during this time you can cook any filling that you like).
  4. We crumble the infused kolobok and share in portions, depending on the size of the pies conceived (usually 12-20 parts).
  5. Level each piece of dough (thickness - about half a centimeter). Add the filling to the center. And we carefully pinch the edges of the dough, giving the pie a characteristic shape.
  6. We place the blanks on a baking sheet (it must be lined with baking paper). We cover with a towel and set aside for 10 minutes, so that the dough rises properly. Then grease the dough products with yolk (you can sprinkle with sesame seeds). Place the pan in the preheated oven (200 degrees, 15 minutes). Bake until a blush appears.
