We cut a kilogram of beef into pieces of 30-50 g each and put in a pan with fat, fry. In 2-3 minutes before cooking, add 3 chopped onions, 0.5 tablespoons of flour and 3 tablespoons of tomato puree. For this dish, take a pound of beef, which we cut into small cubes, sprinkle with allspice, salt and put in a saucepan. Finely chop 2 onions, spread on top of the beef, pour a glass of water into the pan. Cook over high heat for about 15 minutes.

In a pan, melt 2 tbsp. margarine, add 3 tbsp. tomato paste, simmer them for 2-3 minutes. and add the beef. Keep on fire for about 2-3 minutes.

A kilogram of pork should be cut into portions and put in a deep frying pan, in which the oil is already heated. Fry on both sides. Then we add salt and pepper and pour so much water that it completely covers the meat. We cover the pan and simmer for about an hour over low heat (if water has evaporated, add it).

Then sprinkle with chopped dill and parsley, if desired, add a little bay leaf and cover it with a lid, let it brew for 10 minutes.

Gravy Meat: Unusual Gravy Recipe

Those who are not afraid of experiments, you can try to cook beef with a very unusual gravy. The meat is cooked quite traditionally: 1 kg of beef is cut into pieces and fried until tender in butter.

Gravy is prepared separately. Pitted dates (1 stack) are divided into 4-6 parts each and mixed with 0.5 stack. chili sauce, the same amount of orange juice, 1 tsp shabby zest of orange, 2 tsp finely chopped onions, the same amount of canned green pepper (less if you don’t like very hot) and 100 g of dark chocolate. We put all this in a pan and boil (do not forget to stir). Once it boils, remove from heat and add a quarter stack. roasted, finely chopped almonds. Pour the meat with the resulting gravy and let it brew for about 15 minutes. The dish is very spicy and spicy.

Meat with gravy: red currant recipe

Another version of the unusual gravy for meat. Fry veal or pork in a pan. Drain the juice remaining in the pan after baking and add 100 ml of port and the same amount of water in which dried mushrooms were soaked (let them stand for at least 30 minutes). Cook until the amount of the mixture decreases to half, and then add 2 tbsp. jelly made from red currants.
