Dosage form
The drug "Mikoflucan", the instructions for which are given below, can be produced in the form of tablets with different concentrations of the active substance or in the form of a solution for infusion. The tablets have a white color, a round shape, as well as slightly chamfered edges.
In tablets containing 50 mg of active ingredient, on one side there is an βFβ impression, and on the other β50β. In tablet form βMikoflucanβ, 150 mg of active ingredient is βF150β and the dividing line, respectively.
The solution of the drug is colorless, transparent, without any particles.
Composition: pills
Active ingredient: fluconazole - 50/150 mg (in 1 tab.).
Excipients:

- magnesium stearate,
- croscarmellose,
- talc,
microcrystalline cellulose
Solution
Active ingredient: fluconazole - 2/200 mg (in 1 ml and in 1 bottle, respectively).
Excipients:
- water for injections,
- sodium chloride.
Pharmacological action of the drug "Mycoflucan"
The instruction says that the drug relates to antifungal agents from triazole derivatives. Fluconazole inhibits the synthesis of ergosterol as follows: it violates the permeability of the cell wall. The drug is active against Microsporum, Candida, Trichophyton, Cryptococcus neoformans.
A feature of the pharmacological action of the drug is that it is simultaneously a selective inhibitor of cytochrome P450 in fungi, but at the same time it does not show any activity in relation to this enzyme system in humans.
Pharmacokinetics of the drug
The drug is perfectly absorbed after taking it, and food intake together with taking the drug does not affect its absorption. The bioavailability of the drug is 90%. The drug is extensively distributed throughout all organs and tissues of the body. Moreover, its concentration in plasma is equal to the concentration in the following organs and tissues: articular fluid, breast milk, saliva, vaginal secretion, sputum and perinatal fluid, and in the cerebrospinal fluid its bioavailability can be from 50 to 90%.
In addition, in certain organs and tissues, the concentration of the drug may exceed the concentration in plasma. Among them, the epidermis, dermis, stratum corneum, sweat fluid. The elimination half-life is about 30 hours.

Drug interaction
Prothrombin time increases with the simultaneous use of coumarin-type anticoagulants with drugs .
Derivatives of sulfonylureas, oral hypoglycemic agents significantly increase their half-life upon contact with fluconazole.
The half-life of fluconazole is reduced by contact with rifampicin.
