No matter how traditions change and whatever volumes about healthy eating are written, cake is still an invariable attribute of almost any celebration. However, the modern rhythm of life dictates its conditions and the housewives often do not have enough time to create a real treat, and store options often leave much to be desired. Then “quick” recipes come to the rescue. Among them, one of the favorites is a gingerbread cake without baking. About him and will be discussed below.

Here is the simplest version of the goodies. Gingerbread cookies (500 g), without additives or vanilla, are cut, depending on size, in half or into three plates. Sour cream (fatty and thick, 250-300 g) is whipped with powdered sugar (100 g). Bananas (3 pieces) are either cut into thin circles or knead with a fork. In the second case, they can be immediately added to the cream.
For cooking, you need a deep form, preferably glass, so that layers of cake are visible. Gingerbreads are laid out at the bottom with slices up. They are covered with cream. Then slices of bananas are laid out on them. So gradually form a cake. The last layer should be cream. The form is closed and sent to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
