1) Coarsely chopped pre-peeled onions.
2) Peel the carrots, wash. Grate with the largest possible holes.
3) In a pan for 3 minutes, fry chopped nuts.
4) Cut the processed cheese into cubes.
5) Rinse the parsley under running water, chop finely.
6) Combine the above products, pepper, salt, add mayonnaise.
7) Wash the prepared carp, grate with salt and pepper inside and out, stuff with the minced meat. Sew abdomen. Coat the fish with mayonnaise and send to a heated oven for baking. Temperature - up to 200 degrees. Baking time - 80 minutes.

1) Rinse fresh mushrooms, finely chop. Fry in oil, adding salt and pepper. Cool.
2) To the mushrooms add the crushed raw yolks, ground crackers and squirrels whipped in a foam. Salt, mix.
3) Fill the belly of pre-prepared carp with minced mushrooms. Sew abdomen.
