Split a cleaned piece of sturgeon into large pieces. Finely chop the pickled cucumbers. Transfer pieces of fish and cucumbers to a var in a saucepan. Next, add shrimp and spices. Then, add the frying of tomatoes and onions on tomato paste. Cook for another 13 - 17 minutes, the fire is low.

How to cook sturgeon with mushrooms in the oven:

Divide the cleaned piece of sturgeon into portions. Treat to taste with spices, salt and pepper. Roll pieces of fish in flour. Put the sturgeon in a pan and fry lightly in vegetable oil.

Prepare mushrooms: rinse, scald with boiling water, cut into slices. Fry mushrooms in vegetable oil, together with chopped onions.

Sauté creamy potatoes, sliced ​​in circles.

Prepare the sauce: fry a mixture of a tablespoon of flour and a tablespoon of butter; add sour cream, mix and bring to a boil.

Put fish on a baking sheet or pan, after having greased the baking sheet with butter. Put the fried potato mugs on the fish. Top with a fry of mushrooms and onions.
