It seems to many that in order to prepare a beautiful and delicious dessert, you need a lot of delicious ingredients and a lot of time, however, in practice, everything turns out to be much easier. The main thing is that you have cream with sugar on hand. Based on this ingredient, you can prepare light, quick and at the same time very tasty desserts. We offer you some very simple recipes with which you can pamper yourself and unexpectedly arriving guests.

Whipped cream strawberries

To make strawberries with whipped cream you will need:

β€’ 250 grams of strawberries

β€’ one tablespoon of sugar, or better icing sugar

β€’ 50 g cream

Cooking process:

1. First, wash the strawberries well and peel the stalks. Let her dry.

2. Put the strawberries in a bowl or glass and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

3. Then whip the cream with sugar (take a small amount of sugar) and add to the bowls,

4. Dessert can be slightly decorated with strawberry cubes.

Tips:

- for dessert it is better to take large and ripe berries;

- If you take ready-made cream in containers, then you do not need to add powdered sugar.

Puff pastry with whipped cream

To prepare this dessert you will need:

β€’ one pack of yeast-free dough

β€’ approximately 100g cream (35% fat)

β€’ some powdered sugar

β€’ coconut flakes

β€’ vegetable oil

Cooking process:

1. At room temperature you need to defrost the dough.

2. Then we divide it into two identical layers.

3. We lubricate both layers with oil and carefully roll out so as not to disturb the structure of the dough.

4. Now cut the dough into equal strips, about 2 cm wide. From two layers you will get about 10 ribbons.

5. Then we wrap the special molds for the tubes with a ribbon, starting from the narrowest point.

6. Spread the tubes on a baking sheet and bake at a temperature of about 200 degrees, for 20 minutes.

7. Beat cream with sugar (preferably icing sugar) to make a thick mass.

8. Fill the finished tubes with whipped cream. You can fill it with a special confectionery syringe, or you can by cutting a hole in a regular bag.

9. Sprinkle coconut flakes and a little sugar powder on top of the cream.

Strawberry Mousse

To make the mousse you will need:

β€’ 300 g of strawberries

β€’ 5 eggs

β€’ 300 ml cream (33% fat)

β€’ 300 g sugar

β€’ 20 g of gelatin

Cooking process:

1. First, separate the proteins from the yolks (it is necessary that the proteins are cold), and then beat them into foam.

2. Whip the cream with sugar (take a very small amount of sugar)

3. Pour gelatin with a small amount of warm water and wait until it dissolves.

4. Strawberries should be washed, dried and grated with sugar. A homogeneous mass should come out.

5. Then put the frayed strawberries on the fire and wait until it boils.

6. Meanwhile, beat the yolks and slowly pour into the strawberry syrup, while stirring the syrup.

7. Then slowly add the protein foam and remove the syrup from the heat.

8. Now you can introduce whipped cream with gelatin and mix gently.

9. We spread the resulting mousse in a bowl and put it in the refrigerator so that it freezes a little.

10. Serve this mousse with a biscuit or with some dessert drink.

Whipped cream with fruit

For cooking you will need:

β€’ two glasses of cream (35% fat)

β€’ half a glass of powdered sugar

β€’ any berries

β€’ vanilla

Cooking process:

1. Take cold cream and beat them with sugar and vanilla until thick.

2. Put berries at your own discretion in the bowl (the ideal variant is strawberries, kiwi, bananas, however, you can take other berries and fruits according to the season), spread whipped cream on top.

3. At the end, decorate with a small amount of berries, cut into small cubes. You can also grind with grated chocolate.

4. Serve immediately after preparation.
