There is still confusion in concepts: sometimes completely different meat products are taken for bacon and vice versa. So bacon - what is it really?

  1. Heat a large frying pan, pour vegetable oil.

  3. What you need to get as a result of frying: lard should be completely melted (it needs to be drained periodically), and the remaining meat should be well-fried, but not burnt. Ready bacon will have an appetizing, brownish-reddish appearance.
