- 600 grams of premium wheat flour.
- A pack of good butter.
- 30 grams of semolina.
- Raw chicken egg.
- 10 grams of dry fast-acting yeast.
- A pair of large white onion heads.
- 600 grams of fresh cod fillet.
- ½ teaspoon dried garlic.
- 20 grams of ghee.
- Salt and white pepper.
Process description
At the initial stage, you should do the test, from which cod cake will then be baked. For its preparation, a pack of butter and 250 milliliters of heated water are placed in a deep container.
The sifted flour, high-speed yeast and a couple of pinch of salt are combined in a separate bowl. The resulting dry mixture is poured into dissolved oil and whipped with a regular whisk, trying to prevent the formation of lumps. The finished soft and elastic dough is covered with a linen napkin and left to come.
In the meantime, you can pay attention to the filling. For its preparation , a thinly chopped onion is sent to the pan, in which the melted butter already lies, fry it until it is transparent and cool.

- A pound of purchased puff pastry.
- 600 grams of cod fillet.

- 5 tablespoons of breadcrumbs.
- The yolk of one egg.
- Salt, any spices and refined vegetable oil.

Since in this case, purchased dough is used, you need to start with the filling. Cut the mushrooms and chopped onions in a heated frying pan and leave to cool.
Puff pastry is rolled on a work surface. The size of the resulting layer should be twice the size of the fillet. In the middle of a piece of dough, pour a couple of tablespoons of breadcrumbs and lay half of the cod on them. - About 3 cups premium wheat flour.
- A couple of tablespoons of sour cream.
- A pack of butter.
- Egg.
- Baking powder and salt.
All this is necessary for kneading the dough. To prepare the filling, you will additionally need:
- 800 grams of cod fillet.
- A pair of processed cheeses.
- 3 chicken eggs.
- A couple of tablespoons of sour cream.
- 100 milliliters of 10% cream.
- A tablespoon of flour.
- Dried dill, salt, lemon juice and any spices.
In a bowl, melted butter, salt, egg and sour cream are combined. All this is whipped with a whisk and mixed with flour and baking powder. The resulting dough is distributed by hand along the bottom of the heat-resistant mold and sent to the refrigerator.
The washed fish is cut into small pieces, combined with chopped onions, salted, seasoned with spices and sprinkled with lemon juice. After a quarter of an hour all this is laid out on the basis of chilled dough, covered with slices of cream cheese and poured with a mixture of beaten eggs, sour cream, cream, dill and flour.
