  • Spread the buns on a baking sheet, grease each with yolk and bake in a preheated oven until cooked.

  • 100 grams of hard cheese (you can take several varieties) grate.
  • Pour half a glass of milk, half a glass of water, a quarter glass of sunflower oil into a saucepan and add a little salt. Put the resulting mixture on the fire and cook until it boils.
  • Sift in a suitable bowl two cups of flour and pour it with the hot mixture. Stir the food and wait for it to cool slightly.
  • Add two eggs and grated cheese to the dough . Mix everything thoroughly again.
  • Roll the balls the size of a walnut from the finished dough and lay them on a baking sheet.

  • Combine the dry and liquid mixtures, and then mix them thoroughly.
