Ingredients: 220 g of wheat flour, 100 g of cottage cheese, 30 grams of sugar, salt, 150 g of butter, baking powder (two teaspoons), one egg.

Add baking powder to the sifted flour, add salt and sugar. Chop the butter with a knife, put sugar in it and mix everything. Add a little flour to the total mass. It should make small soft crumbs. Transfer them to the pan, and pour a little bit, constantly stirring, pour warm water. The dough should not be sticky. Roll it into a cake with a thickness of approximately two centimeters and cut a glass of circles. Add the egg, salt to the curd and mix thoroughly with a blender.
