A good cook can cook dozens of chicken dishes. And today, weβll talk about how to cook chicken in various sauces. Namely, chicken in cream sauce and honey sauce.
Like any dish, ours starts at the store counter. First you need to buy chicken. Do not choose too large or too small, an average chicken weighing about 1.5 kg is quite suitable for us. In addition to poultry, you need to buy carrots, garlic and also bell pepper. And of course, do not forget about cream! We need them about 400 ml. After all the purchases are made, having come home, you can start creating. Remember, each dish is unique in itself.
So, what do we have in the end. In order for our chicken in a creamy sauce to work out as it should, we need to wash and grind the chicken to begin with. Next, it needs to be cut into pieces that will be served on the table. Now take the carrots and grate it on a coarse grater so that we have beautiful, smooth and long sticks. Carrots are ideal for cooking poultry dishes, because it contains a lot of iron and vitamin, with which there is very little in chicken. If everything is cooked correctly, then the carrot forms a kind of crust on the chicken and with cream sauce it will turn out very, very beautiful. Place the chicken in a deep bowl and sprinkle the top with carrots. However, do not overdo it, carrots should only complement the chicken, and not interrupt the taste.
Finally, we got to the cream. Pour the cream in a small bowl, you can in a glass, add salt and cinnamon (to taste). Stir the resulting mixture well and pour onto the chicken with carrots. Take the garlic, sell it on the chicken to add its piquancy. Cover the container and place in the oven. The temperature in the oven should not be higher than 170C, you need to bake for 30-50 minutes, depending on how large you cut the chicken. In some cases, it is recommended to cook chicken at 190 C, this, of course, will reduce the cooking time, but there is a chance that it will not bake enough inside and burn out. To prevent this from happening, constantly checking the condition of our dish, with a culinary brush, grease the surface of the chicken with sauce. Chicken in a creamy sauce will turn out to be very tender and appetizing, if you do not overdo it in the oven, so be extremely careful. Hardly anyone will like chicken crackers drenched in sauce.
Chicken in cream sauce, the recipe of which is described above, is perfect for an ordinary family dinner or for a festive table. Ready-made poultry should be served hot in a large bowl.
In addition to cream, chicken can also be cooked in honey sauce, the process is very similar to this, with the only difference being slightly different ingredients for the sauce. We will need 200 grams of honey, soy sauce, paprika, pepper, salt, and mayonnaise. Mix it all together in a small bowl and let it brew for about 5 minutes. Then, carefully, pour the chicken with the mixture. The taste of the bird strongly depends on how well prepared marinade sauce. If everything is done correctly, then the chicken in honey sauce will be very juicy.
Finishing touch. In order for the chicken in a creamy sauce to turn rosy, with a crispy crust, 15 minutes before cooking, remove the lid from the dishes in which you cook it and raise the temperature in the oven to 20 C. If the chicken is very young, then it will brown for about minutes 8-10. As soon as the time comes to take it out, remember that you only need to eat chicken hot, so prepare a large dish in advance, put the chicken on it and pour the sauce. Everything can be served.
