You will need half a kilogram of meat, three onions, 4 tablespoons of ordinary rice, 600 grams of tomatoes, bay leaves, parsley, cilantro, allspice, suneli hops, dill. Beef should be fat. Cut it into small pieces, be sure to wash and put in a pan. Then it should be poured with cold water (10 glasses) and cook until half cooked. Even before boiling, remove the foam. Now take another pan and place the onion, previously finely chopped, the fat that you removed from the broth, and simmer it all for 10 minutes. Then it is necessary to shift the meat from the first pan to the second. Together with the onion, it must be stewed for 15 minutes. Tomatoes, carefully rubbed through a sieve, go there. Continue to simmer another 15 minutes. Then strain the broth from the first pan and pour it into the ingredients. Rice should be added when the soup boils. You must put crushed garlic, herbs, suneli hops, pepper, salt, bay leaf 10 minutes before the end of cooking.
