We eat at home: a recipe for sliced ​​long loaf

We all eat bread daily. Some prefer white, others black, but, regardless of its color and shape, it is an integral part of the human diet. This recipe for a loaf involves the use of low-acid sourdough (dough). To prepare it, take fifty grams of ripe sourdough, one hundred grams of flour and warm water, knead for five minutes in a combine and leave for two hours so that the temperature of the dough drops from 30 ° C to 25 ° C.

The dough for one loaf in the combine is kneaded for about a minute, after which it will become smooth and will not stick to your hands. But they knock him around by pressing the “rotate knives” button up to ten times.

Now consider a recipe for a rifled loaf that any housewife can cook without using expensive equipment.

So, to make the dough, you will need: one hundred and fifty grams of water, two hundred and fifty grams of premium flour, five grams of yeast (fresh). Yeast is bred in water, flour is added to them and the dough is kneaded, then it is covered and put in a warm place for several hours.

To prepare the dough you need: ready-made dough, two hundred and fifty grams of premium flour, one hundred and fifty grams of water, one tablespoon of salt, twenty-five grams of sugar and twenty grams of melted margarine.

For ten minutes, the dough must be kneaded, then put in the dishes, cover and leave in a warm place for one hour. When it rises, they crush it, give it a round shape and leave it for another five minutes. Then the dough is rolled out in the form of an oval, rolled into a roll, placed seam down on a baking sheet sprinkled with flour, covered and left for one hour. When the loaf comes up, it is greased with water, small cuts are made and baked in the well-heated oven for half an hour. When ten minutes of baking have passed, the bread is sprayed with water.

This recipe for rifled loaf involves cooking according to GOST, but here you can give one piece of advice - you need to add such an amount of water, thanks to which the dough will turn out to be of medium consistency. In addition, it must be borne in mind that flour is different.
