Why are bones crunching? The problem is not only for residential people

Each of us at least once in a lifetime has come across this phenomenon. Having sat for a long time in one place, we get up, stretch and suddenly there is a distinct crunch in the bones. In fact, you can ask the question “not why bones crack”, but “what makes joints crack”. It should be said right away that a similar phenomenon may well arise in a healthy person, and there is nothing to worry about. If such sounds are not complemented by any unpleasant sensations or pain, no need to worry. Having engaged in physical education, constantly moving and observing the correct diet, you can forget about it at all.

In adulthood, bone crunch is heard more often. Doctors can explain this phenomenon as age-related changes. Again, doing gymnastics and not staying in one place, these sounds can be removed. Why are bones crunching? Let's take a closer look at this process. Two or more bones in the human body form a joint. It is coated with a smooth, anti-friction material - articular cartilage. In the capsule in which the joint is located, there is synovial fluid, which significantly reduces friction. If for some reason there is a lack of it, more often it is a symptom of old age, a person's bones crackle.

But this is far from all the reasons. Why are bones crunching yet? In young women, this problem is very common. It is associated with the so-called hypermobility. Their body produces not quite ordinary, more extensible collagen. This genetic feature changes many tissues, especially bones and joints. They become very mobile and begin to crunch. Crunch occurs with arthrosis, which makes the joints surface rough, after inflammatory processes and accumulated gases. But that is not all. Why are bones crunching? Perhaps this is a lack of movement. It is a typical situation for our age of computer technology. A man sits all day, practically without changing his position. Hands on the keyboard, look directed to the monitor. Only the muscles of the hands that are in constant motion are involved in these moments. The back muscles have been very stressed all this time. So it turns out that by evening we have frantically crackled bones of the neck, knees and back.

Unfortunately, we often forget that our bones and joints, closely connected to each other, are a dynamic organ that needs movement. What to do? First of all, you need to accustom yourself to such a useful gymnastics. Learning to get up from a computer at least once every one and a half to two hours. A few simple moves and you're back in shape. Move your head from left to right, up and down. Knead your neck and shoulders. It’s very useful to hang on the horizontal bar for a few minutes. An ideal solution would be to distribute a schedule in which several hours of sports will be devoted three times a week. This will permanently get rid of the crunch. Otherwise, with the onset of old age, more serious problems may arise.

Arthrosis begins with small crunches. In serious neglected situations, swelling of the patella and quite severe pain are possible. Take an integrated approach and prevent the possibility of the development of this disease. Very helpful to visit the pool. In water, bones and joints move, but do not get strong loads. Useful ointments based on snake and bee venom. Excess weight significantly aggravates the situation, therefore, if there is such a problem, you must urgently take care of yourself. Drink as much clean water as possible and eat foods high in calcium. This is cottage cheese and cheese, milk, figs, dried apricots and dates.

Of folk methods, you can use the following. Take the shell of ordinary eggs, rub it well until a very fine powder forms. Be sure to add a little of any food acid to it, without it, calcium is not absorbed by the body. Mix and eat daily in one small spoon. It is useful to eat a few spoons of sesame every day. If the crunch is accompanied by pain, consult a doctor immediately.
