  • milk - 750 grams;
  • oil - 40 grams;
  • wheat flour - 40 grams;
  • add salt and pepper to the sauce to taste.

Cooking bechamel: fry flour in butter in a high-frying pan in a butter, stirring constantly so that the flour does not burn.
