To make such a tasty and airy delicacy, it is recommended to do it carefully, following all the steps described below. Thus, 150 g of wheat flour should be poured into a bowl, and then add to it two full large spoons of cocoa powder, a bag of vanillin and one pinch of Extra salt. Further, all bulk ingredients must be mixed and left aside, taking up the processing of other products.
Fresh butter needs to be removed from the refrigerator in advance so that it can soften well. Then the cooking oil should be put in a deep bowl, breaking one large bar of dark chocolate there. After this, the ingredients are recommended to be installed in a steam bath and kept in it until the products melt and form a homogeneous consistency. Next, to the warm mass, immediately add the granulated sugar and mix everything thoroughly.
While the chocolate mass cools, beat 3 chicken eggs thoroughly, and then pour them into the oil mixture. To knead the dough, the base also needs to be added wheat flour with cocoa powder and vanilla sugar.
