In the modern world, there are many recipes for homemade cakes. It can be either sweet or unsweetened. In this article we will talk about pies with cabbage, meat, eggs and mushrooms. The dish is quite easy to prepare and does not require special culinary skills.

Cabbage Pie Recipe

To prepare unsweetened pastries, you will need the following ingredients:

  • wheat flour - 600 g;
  • milk - 400 ml;
  • chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • yeast - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • turmeric on the tip of a knife;
  • salt;
  • sugar - 50 grams;
  • cabbage - 500 grams;
  • medium onion - 1 pc.;
  • medium carrot - 1 pc.

A step-by-step method for baking pies with cabbage:

  1. We clean the onions and carrots, cut into small cubes and fry in sunflower oil.
  2. Shred the white cabbage and add it to the vegetables.
  3. Stew vegetables for 5-8 minutes.
  4. Salt, let the cabbage cool.
  5. In warm milk, dissolve the yeast and 1 tbsp. l flour, mix and give the yeast time to come.
  6. Sift the wheat flour through a sieve. Thus, it will become more airy and light.
  7. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and pour them into the milk.
  8. Then add flour, sugar and knead the dough.
  9. We cover the dough with a towel and put it in a dark place for 20-25 minutes.
  10. We divide the dough into several parts, roll small cakes out of them.
  11. We spread the filling and connect the edges, leaving a small open space in the middle of the cake.
  12. Lubricate the pan with oil and shift the pies onto it.
  13. Using a culinary brush, cover the pastries with a beaten egg to make the crust more crispy and rosy.

Ingredients:

  • minced meat - 300 g;
  • chicken eggs - 6 pcs.;
  • wheat flour - 500 g;
  • yeast;
  • milk - 150 ml;
  • salt and pepper;
  • cabbage - 400 g;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.

Having collected all the necessary products, we proceed to the baking of aromatic and juicy pies.

How to prepare the dough and filling?

We divide the process into the following steps:

  1. Peel the onion from the husk and cut into small half rings.
  2. Finely chop the cabbage and add it to the onion.
  3. We clean the carrots, rub on a medium grater and add to the remaining vegetables.
  4. Fry minced meat in a pan, add cabbage with onions and carrots.
  5. We extinguish the resulting mass for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
