Often, fish soups are called fish soup, but traditionally it is cooked at the stake. Therefore, our recipes will be called "fish soup", or rather, a soup of fish such as salmon. This first dish is prepared quickly enough and it turns out to be very tasty and nutritious.
Salmon Fish Soup
Ingredients (for 3 liters of water):
- salmon (you can take frozen trimmings) - 0.8 kg;
- potatoes - 3-4 pieces;
- dill - 1 bunch;
- onion - 1 small piece;
- green onion arrows;
- Bay leaf;
- salt pepper.
First you need to pour water into a large pot and place the washed fish in it. Add salt, boil and boil for about 22 minutes. While preparing the broth, you need to peel and chop the potatoes, chop the onion, chop the onion and dill. Then remove the broth from the heat and strain. To sort out salmon and clean from fins, peels. Now put the fish meat in the broth and add the potatoes to it. Boil for 7 minutes over low heat, then add the chopped onion. When the soup is ready you need to add dill, pepper, bay leaf to it and let it brew for 12 minutes. Salmon fish soup is ready!
It should be noted that for the preparation of such a soup, you can use frozen salmon fillet. As seasoning, you can also add 5-7 peas of pepper.
Creamy fish soup
Products:
- salmon (fillet) - 150 g;
- shrimp - 100 g;
- cream - 50 ml;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- carrots - 1 pc.;
- salt;
- greens.
First, cut the fish fillet into small pieces. Then peel the vegetables, grate the carrots, and chop the onion into slices. Boil water on the soup and put fish, shrimp, carrots in it and add salt. Boil for 6 minutes, then pour the cream. Let it cook for another 12 minutes, then add the greens to taste. After this, the soup should be infused under the lid for about 6 minutes.
Salmon head fish soup
Products:
- salmon head - 1 pc.;
- greens;
- carrots - 1 pc.;
- onion - a couple of pieces;
- tomatoes - 4 pcs.;
- capers - a couple of pieces;
- pickled cucumbers - a couple of pieces;
- lemon;
- olives (preferably with a stone);
- salt pepper.
The head of the fish must be washed well, remove the gills. Boil water and put fish in it. Add greens. While preparing the broth, it is necessary to periodically remove the foam. When the fish head is cooked, you need to remove it and take it apart, and strain the broth. Then put it on the fire again and add chopped onions in half rings and carrots in rings. Remove the peel from the tomato, having previously scalded it and cut them into halves. Finely chop the cucumbers and chop the greens.
Now in the boiling strained broth add carrots and cook until half cooked, then add onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives (about 6-7 pieces), canned capers (a tablespoon), lemon juice. Now salt and pepper the broth to taste, add the greens and slices of lemon. Salmon head fish soup is ready!
Salmon fish soup with cream and thyme
Products for cooking:
- onions - 4-5 pieces;
- carrots - a couple of pieces;
- potatoes - 4 pieces of medium size;
- garlic - 5 cloves;
- celery stalks - about 100 g;
- salmon fillet - 350 g;
- fish broth (pre-cooked) - 0.5 l;
- cream - 100 ml;
- fresh thyme;
- greens;
- butter.
Initially chop the onion, carrots and garlic in small pieces . You can let the garlic pass through the garlic - this will give the dish a unique flavor. Now we pass the vegetables for 4 minutes over low heat. It is advisable to do this in butter. In the boiled broth, add chopped potato wedges, celery. Cook everything until almost ready and add sautéed vegetables. When everything is ready, salmon fillet, cream, salt, thyme, herbs, pepper, shrimp should be placed in the broth and boil for about 4 minutes. When all the products are cooked, salmon fish soup should be insisted for about half an hour.
