How to cook a cake "House"?

  • 305 grams of shortbread cookies.
  • 105 milliliters of pasteurized milk.
  • 55 grams of granulated sugar.
  • 65 milliliters of low-fat sour cream.
  • Half a cottage cheese.
  • 35 grams of cocoa.

In order for you to get a really tasty and delicate “House” cake from cookies and cottage cheese, you should strictly adhere to the recommended ratio of components. In one dish combine low-fat sour cream and sugar. Cottage cheese is sent there and whipped with a blender until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

A foil sheet is placed on the table and four cookies are placed in a row, previously visited in a bowl with warmed milk. Cottage cheese and sour cream are distributed from above and gently leveled with a knife. Another layer of cookies is laid on top and greased with a sweet mixture. So repeat four times.

  • 715 grams of low-fat cottage cheese.
  • 205 milliliters of cream.
  • 205 grams of sugar.
  • Half a packet of butter.
  • 125 grams of shortbread cookies.
  • A bag of vanillin.
  • 20 grams of gelatin.

Sequencing

In one dish, cottage cheese, granulated sugar, a small amount of cream and vanillin are pre-wiped through a sieve. Everything is thoroughly beaten with a mixer until a homogeneous creamy mass is obtained and set aside for a quarter of an hour.

  • 30 grams of butter.

A layer of cottage cheese is spread on top of the cookies and gently leveled. So repeat two more times. As a result, you should get three layers. Half the available hazelnuts or any other nuts are placed in the middle. After that, with the help of a food film, a house is formed, carefully raising the edges.
