Minced Zrazy

Simple cutlets seem pretty commonplace? In a sense, it is so, at least, they just can not be served to dear guests. But what if you make zrazy from minced meat? This is a more interesting dish, and you can even experiment with meat and fillings. So, we cook zrazy!

Beef zrazy with cheese

Pound a half kilogram of thawed fresh beef through a meat grinder, beat one chicken egg in the minced meat, pour in a little milk, salt and pepper.

Filling. Chop one onion and fry, put in a bowl, chop one boiled egg, grate 50-100 grams of cheese, put any greens, add salt and seasonings.

From the minced meat, mold centimeters thick, distribute the cooked filling over them. Connect the edges and shape the zrazas, then roll them in flour and fry on both sides until golden brown.

Cut a gram of 700 potatoes into a frying pan with zrazy, pour a dish of 100 ml of cream and put to bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

Minced pork zrazy with canned mushrooms

To prepare the meat, scroll through a meat grinder a pound of pork, one onion, a clove of garlic and 100 grams of white bread. Stuffed minced salt.

Filling. Fry the onion with canned mushrooms (one can is enough). Put the frying in a blender and grind, but not until porridge is formed. Add seasoning and salt.

Form zrazy of minced meat and filling, roll in flour, dip in a mixture of beaten eggs (two pieces are enough) and roll in breadcrumbs. Fry in oil for 10 minutes on each side.

Original Turkey zrazy with tomatoes and cheese

Minced meat. Skip 600 grams of turkey fillet through a meat grinder, add onion and a couple of garlic cloves, a slice of white bread soaked in water (be sure to squeeze), greens, one raw egg, pepper and salt into the minced meat. Mix all.

Now form the minced meatballs of the desired size. Cut 3-4 tomatoes and 150 grams of cheese into cubes and squeeze them into cutlets. First fry the zrazy over high heat on both sides, then bring to cook already on low heat.

Romanian beef zrazy

About 800 grams of beef cut into slices, which should be beaten and grate with salt.

Filling. Half a kilogram of carrots, a couple of onions, 200 grams of celery and 100 grams of smoked loin cut into small cubes and put them to fry, while there should not be much vegetable oil. Once the vegetables are ready, put them in a bowl, add chopped greens, salt and seasonings to them.

Spread the prepared stuffing over the beef chops, roll them into rolls and stab them with a toothpick (you can simply dress them up). Fry in a saucepan until a crust appears, pour a glass of meat broth and send to the oven.

Prepare the zrazy sauce. Boil a glass of broth and tomato paste (two tablespoons) added to it, put a piece of butter (about 50 grams). While stirring, gradually add 1.5 tablespoons of flour. Add salt, pepper and half a glass of red wine. Boil for 15 minutes, then remove the zrazy, pour them with sauce and again send to the oven. In total, zrazy should be cooked for half an hour.

Zrazy minced meat with omelet

Mix 700 grams of any minced meat with one grated potato and raw egg. Salt, pepper, mix.

Beat three eggs with a quarter cup of milk and herbs, be sure to salt. Prepare an omelet from this mixture, then cut it into small strips.

Form zrazy of minced meat and chopped omelet, fry, and then send to the oven.

Sauce. Three tablespoons of sour cream mixed with a couple of crushed garlic cloves. Grease almost prepared zrazy with this mixture, and sprinkle with grated cheese on top (about 100 grams will be needed).
