It contains many vitamins, it is satisfying and sweet without any additional additives. Banana dessert has many recipes, ranging from simple to gourmet.

In the morning, a very invigorating and nutritious sweet breakfast can be a dessert made from banana and milk - a kind of milkshake, but somewhat thicker. The recipe is simple:
